- You may post content related to your past trips, future trips and create trip plans that other users can join.
- By posting content, you grant Go Someplace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and
display the content. - You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant these licenses and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- Joining Trips
- Go Someplace allows users to join each other's trips. By joining a trip, you agree to communicate and coordinate with other participants in a respectful and responsible manner.
- Go Someplace is not responsible for the conduct of any users or the outcome of any trips. You participate in trips at your own risk.
- You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
- You agree to respect the plans and arrangements made by the trip organizer.
- You understand that Go Someplace does not guarantee safety or suitability for any trip.
